about

I've always had a certain allure to the notion of being close with someone that doesn't exist anymore. Whether its an imaginary person you have conjured up or even a significant person that has left your life. A person that knows every corner of your mind and knows every flaws you have. A person you want to believe is still real.

Isolation does detrimental things to your mental health and getting through chapters of your life alone is always a challenge. but please know that there are billions of souls in this earth and the chances that someone went through the same problems as you, whether past or present, is likelier than you think. So next time you feel lonely, were in this together.

lyrics

It’s now or never
I’ve been waiting so long
Tried for a lifetime
But I never belong
The golden sun sets through
the cracks in my hand.
I thought I saw you
still, I don’t understand

Are you with me?
Is this fiction?
I’ve always known you
Since the story began

Can you feel me
In these moments?
I’ll keep on searching
‘til I no longer can

I'm going places
That have never been found
The streets are crowded
But there’s no one around
I stumbled softly
As I fell to the ground
I screamed and shouted
But I can’t hear a sound

Are you with me?
Is this fiction?
I’ve always known you
Since the story began

Can you feel me
In these moments?
I’ll keep on searching
‘til I no longer can

Cold and hollow
All this time
Would you follow
All the signs?
Come tomorrow
I’ll be fine
I thought I found you
But I don’t understand

Are you with me?
Is this fiction?
I’ve always known you
Since the story began
Can you feel me
In these moments?
I’ll keep on searching
‘til I no longer can
