“Reasons” for me is a journey of self appreciation. A lesson in personal growth. The song was first composed three years ago and was supposed to be the final track in my music making endeavors. But somewhere in those long years and countless attempts to finish it, i grew a hatred for it. I was bound to be stuck in an endless loop of self deprecation and creative block. I was so close to deleting everything and disappearing forever, Until Chevy came along and wrote the lyrics together with me early this year. The song is still incomplete for me, but so is every piece of music ever made.
So here is that song.
